Chief
Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that vaccination work should be
carried out in the state under the Mission Mode. Campaign should be
conducted in the name of ‘Mission
Hundred’.
The vaccination campaign should be transformed into a public movement by
linking representatives of various categories of the society. He directed
the officers of the Health department to prepare a detailed action plan to
carry out vaccination work with public participation. CM Shri Chouhan was
reviewing the Public Health and Family Welfare Department at CM House today.
Minister for Public Health and Family Welfare Shri Rustam Singh and Chief
Secretary Shri B.P. Singh were present in the meeting.
CM
Shri Chouhan said that better results will be obtained in health sector if
health services will reach remote places. Besides ensuring more availability
of doctors and good medical centers towards expansion of health services,
also cross checking should be done regularly. People rendering good work
should be honoured. In areas where doctors are not found for work, incentive
amount should be considered for those places.
Shri
Chouhan emphasised a need on coordinated efforts of Health and Women-Child
Development departments to eradicate the problem of malnutrition. He further
mentioned that also efforts should be made to bring changes in the mindset
of the society. He congratulated the department on getting information about
30 percent decrease in malaria cases in comparison to last year.
It
is informed in the meeting that 90 seater integrated call center has been
established for Ambulance 108 and Janni Ambulance. Arrangements have been
made to monitor ambulances thorough G.P.S. technology. Moreover, real time
information of medicine stores from district hospitals to primary health
centres has been provided on the public portal. Also demo on real time
maintenance and monitoring software Anmol thorough tablet related to
services provided by the A.N.M. community was presented. The Anmol will be
implemented from April month in the state. Information on works undertaken
to fill posts of doctors and other categories, technical man power,
strengthening of medical services, work based evaluation and regular
training was given.
